Monday: Periods 1, 2, 6,& 7, Upon review of the assignments from Prior to the break, it was discovered that many students had not completed their Energy Foldables. A rubric will be provided in class on Tuesday so that everyone will be able to get the most points possible. After today's class there will have to be completed at home. The grade will go onto the next grading period.
Periods 3, 4, & 5: Today you watched a transformation from potential energy to kinetic energy. For homework you should finish the cover of your energy foldable showing potntial on the left and kinetic on the right.
Tuesday: Periods 1, 2, 6, & 7: Today you will be discovering how distance verses time graphs are constructed. Later you will compare these to speed and velocity graphs. You need to work on your energy foldable as No Exceptions will be accepted beyond Thursday of this week. After that on Tuesday your foldable if perfect will be worth only 17.5 points. A Quiz is likely on Thursday.
Periods 3, 4, & 5: You will be looking for transformations today within a system. You will be looking to see how energy is transferred and transformed within a system. Since energy is not created or distroyedm it must be transferred and transformed. Homework: create a scenatio where energy is transferred /transformed through a system.
Wednesday 1, 2, 6, & 7 Today you should have conducted a quick lab. Tou will need to complete your analysis and study for a Quiz on distance verses time quiz. Hopefully your foldable is turned-in. Download a new Table of Contents> Folder changeout Tomorrow.
Periods 3, 4, & 5: Today you will plan your Rube Goldberg Machine that was srated in class. I hope that you will get to finish tomorrow.
Thursday: all classes: depending on where we are in class, you should not have homework. If you were absent you may have missed a quiz, turning in an assignment like your foldable or a lab. We should be setting up our folders or that may be homework.
